I'm 6ft and 88Kg and the XL fitted me perfectly.Great top for colder weather, I wear this as a base layer under a gore tex jacket and it keeps me very comfortable down to -5 degrees. Excellent wicking properties and fantastic level of comfort. Had this for 4 months now and it's in perfect condition, I run 5-6 times a week. When the temperature is 10 degrees or more I find myself getting too hot and wear a thinner baselayer. Excellent product
