HelpCuisine® Molde para donas con 9 cavidadesNi más, ni menos, que lo que ves en las fotos. Un molde de silicona para hacer donuts. Tengo muchos moldes de silicona, ya que me gusta la repostería. Te cuento un poco lo que me ha llamado la atención de éste:>>>Para empezar, los otros moldes que tenía en casa de silicona para hacer donuts eran de seis unidades. Éste es de 9. Los donuts del molde de 9 unidades son más grandes que los del molde de 6 unidades. Elegir uno otro, además de por la cantidad y el tamaño de los donuts, dependerá del tamaño de tu horno. En casa tengo dos hornos, en el pequeño no entra el molde de 9 y sólo entra el de 6. Por si estás con la duda de si entran en tu horno, éste molde es de 28 x 28 centímetros y los donuts salen de 8 centímetros de diámetro.>>>Antes de ponerle la mezcla con la que hago los donuts, pinto el molde con un poco de aceite y un pincel de silicona. Así me aseguro de que luego se desmoldan bien. Esto es bueno por dos cosas. La primera, te quedan más presentables los donuts. La segunda, luego se friega mejor.Y poco más que comentar. Contento con el molde. Se le ve de buena calidad, los donuts no se pegan y se friega bien.

Es un molde de silicona que tiene la calidad y funcionalidad que uno espera de un molde de silicona. De modo que como implemento para hornear que va a servir, sí que lo ha a hacer, sin ningún problema. Por ese lado no tienes de qué preocuparte. El problema es que no es un molde para donas de tamaño de dona—más bien, las donas que puedes hacer con él tienen un tamaño sui generis: diría que son como 3/4 de dona. De modo que no sé si debería llamarse "para mini-donas" o qué pero el hecho es que si te esperas hacer con él 9 donas del tamaño tradicional no va a ser el caso.

I've had my eye on one of these for a while now, so I was excited to get this home to try. The size of the mould is perfect, I wouldn't want one any smaller as it would become a bit too fiddly to fill in my opinion. The silicone feels good quality, not too thin and it holds its shape well. It's microwave and dishwasher safe which is great to know, and is even freezer safe. My first attempt at making some chocolate and hazelnut cake/donuts for my partner to take into his work didn't go too well. (See my picture - those were the best ones I managed to get out) I think you definitely need to grease the mould before filling as they were hard to pop out compared to other silicone cupcake cases/cake moulds I own where they simply slip out. Also be careful how far you fill the mould, I filled them too much and they rose up and covered the silicone centre bit, I would say stick to filling halfway just to be sure. I washed the mould in hot soapy water afterwards though, and it came out fine so that was good, I think it's a bit of trial and error until you get the results you're after. I plan on making some jellies in it soon as I think they will turn out better and be really pretty. Hopefully! Overall, it's a fun thing to do with children/granchildren etc and very versatile.
