I am 6 foot tall with a 32 inch waist. In shorts and underwear sized S to XL, I order Small, typically 30 to 32 inches. The manufacturer's chart showed Medium (30.5 to 35.5 inches) as the smallest size, which I chose. The range covered by the individual sizes is both very large and varies by size. There is also an overlap between sizes.The shorts are a very comfortable, slightly loose fit - but without risk of falling down! There is no drawstring for secondary adjustment so you are dependent on the elastic. The shorts are lightweight and the soft fabric is very comfortable against the skin. The high cut sides to facilitate extra movement for stretching etc.. Perfettamente adatti a tutti gli esercizi di accosciata. Tessuto molto buono e consistente. Da un punto di vista estetico conferiscono pienezza alle cosce. Li consiglio assolutamente.

Son muy cómodos pero contaba que el tiro fuera un poco más largo. No pueden ponerse sin ropa interior o... Una talla más me quedaría muy grande.
