Got this for my husband at Christmas. It helps him keep things a little safer and better organized. He loves it.

Offers great protection to my portable device

This is a sturdy case, very secure, quite rigid, so the equipment should be well protected from external attacks, there is a pouch in the lid, that I assume can be used to carry extra aa batteries for the device, in case the ones on board become discharged, a practical, well made case.

First off it has a nice exterior shell sort of a more plasticy exterior. It has room for a couple of SD cards in the top strap compartment. My main issue with this little case and really it isn't a major complaint if your using batteries in the unit. But it would've been nice to have a little more room to add the adapter (not included with the unit but sold separately) for wall plug in power. Also this would keep all the parts for the unit together to help you from searching around for the power adapter when you need it so you don't loose it. All in all a pretty decent little case. I keep all of it's parts in the box it came in including this case it all just fits in there =D.

It's a nice case, it fits the TASCAM DP-006 perfectly. I feel like my investment is protected.All arrived in good time and everything, workmanship seems good.Downside is that the lid cavity is too shallow. There is a mesh pocket in the lid with a Velcro closure, which is nice, but the lid is so shallow that there is barely enough room for the knobs on the device itself. The pocket has therefore almost no space, even for cables. Certainly not spare batteries!Luckily, I only need cables, because I use an external PSU via USB. If not for that, this would be returned as not fit for purpose.
