Heschen Magnetische solenoïde P25/20, OD 25 mm, DC 5 V, 5 kg

Cet électroaimant est très facile à mettre en oeuvre avec juste une source de 5 volts mais je n'ai pas mesuré l'intensité. A noter, l'électroaimant chauffe et pourrait être difficile à manipuler mais, pour mon besoin, je n'ai de besoin que temporaire.

Man muss sich zunächst klarmachen was das für ein Teil ist:Ein Haltemagnet ist nur(!) zum Halten da und kann seine angegebene Kraft nur dann erreichen, wenn der magnetische Kreis geschlossen ist! Er kann also keine Eisenteile mit nennenswerter Kraft zu sich hinziehen, wenn das zu haltene Teil- mehr als 0,0 mm entfernt ist- oder den Magneten nicht vollständig bedeckt- oder nicht dick genug ist (- oder nicht aus weichmagnetischem Material istDas ist reine Physik, alle diesbezüglichen kritischen Rezensionen gehen also am Thema vorbei!Dieser Haltemagnet hält in meiner elektronischen Rattenfalle den Schlagbolzen bis zum gewünschten Ereignis, und das macht der Magnet sehr gut schon mit unter 5V!Der Magnet wird dabei "gut warm", aber auch das ist ein zu erwartendes Verhalten, wie es genauso z.B. auch bei entsprechend ausgerüsteten Feuerschutztüren zu beobachten ist.Nach meine Recherchen gibt es einen so günstigen 5V Haltemagneten nur hier!

This Solenoid operates at a nice lower Voltage level of 5VDC and can be easy installed with 4mm thread bolts.It has an acceptable weight of about 50 Gram.The supplier was quickly responding to get to know the missing power requirements (During operation verification we observed a starting current of 0.7A which quickly went down to and a bit below 0.6A @5VDC input Voltage.Power consumption will start at about 3.5Watt and decrease till about 3Watt.At the same time the Temperature was rising from about 30C towards 50C. That's a bit too hot! Another reviewer already mentioned this.Don't keep this solenoid powered on too long at 5VDC! Just use it in short ON/OFF operations.We planned to use it anyway in such way. It will only be allowed to be magnetized for several milliseconds to pull something open for a very short time in our application.You can expect that the Magnetic Flux will decrease as well with the strong rise of the Temperature after several minutes of "ON" operation.An attempt will be performed later to verify the magnetic flux level in Tesla units and report the findings here.It was pulling a few screw drivers and another Solenoid unit strong enough.4 Stars it gets for now.
