The good: the switch itself is great, nice solid clack and the contactors firmly close. The wire connections are very solid screw with plate. From inspection the switch can easily take 63 amps as specified. The bad: maybe I'm just no good at this, but for the life of me I could not get five core 6 mm2 cable into the enclosure. The switch can easily take it, but there just isn't enough space around the switch within the enclosure to get the cable in there.Five core 4 mm2 cable WILL get in there with a great deal of swearing, but it's just at the very cusp of what's possible with the very limited space and the knockouts. 4 mm2 can do 40 amps max, well below the spec of the switch. It really is a shame. Had they made the enclosure slightly bigger which would have cost them very little added cost their 63 amp switch could be fully utilised. If you bring the individual wires in from outside for a four or five core cable, you might be able to connect 10 mm2 wires just about, but you won't get the cable in. Same for 6 mm2 wires. Only 4 mm2 wire cable will get inside the enclosure, and that's half the amps the switch is capable of.Figuring this out cost me six hours of my time repeatedly trying alternative approaches to get 6 mm2 cable to go in here. I failed. I hope this saves somebody else a day of frustration.
