I always rub the material & foam away at back of my Nike Air Max 90 running shoes & have used a couple of similar padded heal protectors in the past that have quite literally worn away after 4-8 hours of being applied.I used these in my shoes for around 6-8 hours yesterday & the adhesive is still sticking to the shoes & their is no sign of wear whatsoever to the padding where my heal sits.They also cushion my heel nicely & stop my feet from slipping out of my trainers when walking.I obviously cannot say how long they will last for however 32 at just £12 is a great price for this product & they will add extra life to trainers & shoes I already have this issue with & protect & add extra life to new trainers by adding a pair immediately upon purchase before wearing.If for any reason you have concerns that the adhesive my not be strong enough you could always apply a little super glue to the adhesive for extra sticking power.I will also be purchasing more to send a pair out with used trainers I am intending to sell online where the material & foam have rubbed away.All in all I would definitely recommend this product.
