Bought to repair an aging iPod with the dreaded dead thumbwheel due to bulging battery.It was a nightmare to open the case, but the battery does come with tools for the job. It is highly recommended to study tutorial videos on how to do this if you've never opened up an i'MOverpriced before.Fitting the battery was relatively straightforward then, and what else is there to say? It's a battery, it's flat, and it works

i ordered this to replace a dying battery in my sons IPOD 4th generation. The sticker on the battery said it was for this type of Ipod however when i took it to the shop to replace, he said it was the wrong battery this for was for an Nintendo and the connections are not the same. I live abroad and had it sent to my family in the UK who brought it over three months later so i didn't bother sending it back. I was very disappointed as i never buy anything without reading the reviews first and the one review for this battery was excellent. Needless to say my son is very disappointed, i am now having to go through the whole process again with another company as i am unable to get one where we live.
