I was concerned that this Belt and Bag might be too man-made in looks to meet my needs. It is not. I think it is a very attractive Belt and Bag.The Belt is very looooong, 75 inches long to be precise. I will have to loop it around the belt near the fastener at least twice i not more to make it fit. My waist size is 36 inches, so this belt could encircle me twice!The Belt is about 1/8 inch or 3 mm thick which is perfect for me. It has sufficient stiffness to hold the bag and a lightweight sword without folding. I have a plastic light weight sword plus the ACTASITEMS Cosplay Prop Pirates of the Caribbean Regal Pirate Sword-Cutlass Buccaneer Sword I purchased on Amazon (which is heavy). I think this belt can hold that sword without bucking (sorry for the pun). I have also purchased a Baldric from Amazon to hold this heavier sword.The Bag is quite attractive and getting it with the Belt for $29 (only $10 more than the price of the Bag alone) makes this set of Bag and Belt a very worthwhile purchase. The bag came flat with the suede-like material ungathered. When gathered using the shoelace tie, the bag forms up around the front and back leather-like parts of the Bag. It serves my purposes well. It looks authentic to me but I am not an expert or student of these historical items.I am very happy with this item (Bag and Belt). It will augment my Captain Hook Deluxe costume I purchased from HalloweenCostumes.com. Highly recommended.

Leider nur ein Stern da sich nach nur kurzer Zeit die Verklebung löst und man das ganze Obermaterial abziehen könnte. Der Gürtel wurde nur einmal an eine Puppe angelegt also nichtmal beansprucht.Habe einen optischen dienten Gürtel bei dem das Obermaterial „aus einem Guß“ ist und nicht wie hier nur beidseitig aufgeklebt…
