Nice little pin.

The badge is much better looking in person than on the picture, the colour is brighter and it has a nice finish. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the back that it comes with isn't very secure and on occasion, it has come undone and popped off. I wear this on my work lanyard though so the back is a bit more exposed than it might be elsewhere. It's not too much of an issue though; I just swapped the back for a rubber one instead of the metal clasp and it is much more secure now.
