I picked up this 0.2mm hardened steel hotend for my Bambu A1 Mini, and impressed with the results. Installation was super straightforward thanks to the quick-swap design (just make sure it’s cooled down first, of course). The magnetic mount makes aligning it trivial.The heating element gets up to temp fast and stays consistent throughout prints. I’ve run several detailed PLA and PETG jobs with it already, and the precision has been spot on. Layer lines are clean, and I haven’t had any clogging issues.If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality 0.2mm hotend replacement/upgrade for your Bambu Lab H2D (or in my case, the A1 Mini), this is a solid option.

The Hotend comes in a plain card board box, protected with some expanded styrene. Inside the package there is the hotend, a silicone boot, and two keys to replace the hotend tip. In first impressions the hotend looks almost like the OEM. It looks well built. Visually there does not seem to be any differences (other than having a removable tip).One of the nicest aspect of the H2D printer is how easy they made it to swap nozzels. The Hotend seems to seat in it's position well, but the retaining clip will not close, at least not with the same effort needed to install the original or an OEM hotend. I tried using more force but it wouldn't close. I tried swapping around other OEM hotends and then trying again, but still the clip would not close. Since the machine is quite expensive and delicate, I did not want to push the situation and risk damaging the machine.

I got the .6mm version and it does not fit the Bambu H2D. I tried over and over and over but the tension clip will not clip and secure the hotend in place. I took it out and put the OEM nozzle in no issues. I compared them and this nozzle is about 1mm longer on the top, this keep the clip from securing the nozzle.

Swapping nozzles is super easy with the quick swap design, and the extra sizes are a nice bonus. The 0.2mm prints came out way cleaner than I expected and detail looks really sharp. It holds up well with abrasive filaments too. No clogs or weird fits so far. If you're printing high-res models, this one’s worth it.
