Great little board, very well well made.Read the first review from 'Amazon Customer', this will help to shortcut the learning process and get your module working quickly.I like that they don't have headers already, I prefer to solder my own, makes for a neater outcome especially if you want to wire it instead.Great price for these.Just remember to use 3.3v if you are adding to an Arduino.

Es producto original, nada de copia falsa, quizás le falte un poco de envoltorio al envío por si acaso no? Por lo demás funcionan correctamente para pequeños trabajos DIY que me gusta hacer. Recomiendo su compra.

Playing with it as I write this review. A tiny tiny and powerful chip that's fun to play with. Flashed the Nodemcu firmware as first thing, everything else it's just a matter of few lines of code.I'm buying a few more.

Wow this was hard work. I finally have it responding to AT commands.Just to save someone else some pain - the things people "forget" to mention in their how-to articles.1 ch_pd or "en" must be high to enable the module. Use a pull-up resistor because this pin is i/o and may spend some boot time as output.2 at boot it splurges a load of diagnostic information at 77600 baud (putty can be set to this). After boot it switches to the AT app at 9600. BTW 8bit no parity. And don't forget to turn off flow control.3 it will do nothing after boot til you ground gpio15.4 reset can be left unconnected if you really can't be bothered putting a pull-up on it. Pull to ground to reset.5 give it a good clean stable 3.3 v supply.Otherwise it seems like a pretty good little beast.
