Our water filter stopped working after a year, it wouldn’t charge, but even before that it starts growing mold in the tubes and bottom of the filter… needless to say, it is crap. I contacted Philips they said they didn’t know and to write to some email for their water department. After a month of insisting they wrote this:Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately we have to tell you that we cannot provide repair of the machine because we do not have an official seller in the Netherlands and therefore no service partner is available. Please contact your retailer, who is obliged to provide warranty repairs.I bought it on Amazon so no warranty there!

There are more particulates vissible in the water after filtering compared to the water placed in the appliance.The water tastes like plastic.

Het grote reservoir van 3L is erg fijn. De batterij/accu gaat best lang mee dus mag ik niet over klagen. Ik denk dat sommige mensen (slechte recensie hebben geschreven) gewoon eens de gebruiksaanwijzing moeten lezen.

I received the product without the 1xFilter so because of that 1 star. Luckily I did order extra filters so I used a filter from separately paid filter and water seems okay. Can tell better about results and experience after longer use.
