Existing old handle snapped in afternoon - this replacement delivered next day - amazing Amazon service..! The round stem is quite a loose fit in the nylon housing (maybe needs to be - works ok) but the threaded outer was very slightly too big to fit through the hole in the cistern (probably about 0.5 mm) and since the hole was partially glazed I had a problem. Using a Dremel high speed drill with small grinding wheels I was able to enlarge the hole to suit. Works perfectly now so well pleased.

As other reviews have mentioned, the metal shaft wobbles around a lot in the sleeve so it doesn’t feel very sturdy. Poor build quality but it does the job

I'm now flushed with success, that I have a cistern handle that works!
