My daughter got this as a pre-owned / return? So she got this at a great price. She is a renter and my have to leave this behind if she has to move in a hurry so price was important. Also the actual performance and capacity for wash loads and drying loads is impressive. i used it daily in her flat as you know how teenagers have a tonne of clothes and are not usually into boring stuff like clothes mainenance, so I got very busy during my 12 day stay and used it daily on a "quick wash" then did the dry cycle which is mainly 3 hours. I thought it was long. In the north of UK, I'd recommend a washer dryer like this, great price even if buying from brand new. If you have not garden or line, then this is brilliant. We used quick wash with liquid bottle detergent, however at home I use eco eggs that are just as good and way cheaper. It is effective and quiet and looks ultra smart.

After having it a week:The good:- it's really quiet. Even when spinning full pelt.- looks good- it has a 15 min quick wash cycleThe bad:- it takes ages to dry anything. A dry and wash cycle is literally 10hours and 30min.- It doesn't have a lint tray. This means after a few washes you'll notice your clothes look like you've left a box of tissues in the wash. I'm not even kidding unfortunately.- it feels very cheap- the people installing it are subcontracted to Amazon. This means when they mess up your install, which they will, Amazon take no responsibility. They dont seem to have undergone any training.- The installers for mine, snapped the bolt which connects the sink plug. There was literally no need for them to even take this off as it's only the waste pipe and cold water supply that needed removed. This meant that my kitchen sink now couldn't be used and the "technicians" couldn't test my machine. It's currently leaking and Amazon customer service have "washed" (pun intended) their hands of it. I've had to pull it all out and do it myself. Amazon are normally excellent but I will never use them to install anything again.- I've chosen to return it. I bought it thinking it would save time and be more convenient. It's genuinely rubbish. Choose something else.

Hisense WDQA1014EVJM é proprio una bella Lavasciuga, che con i suoi 10 kg riesce ad inglobare anche un piumone di media grandezza.Silenziosa, tanto è vero che non pensavo fosse accesa in centrifuga.Ha dei piedi che si incollano alle piastrelle perciò non si muove da dove la mettete.Manuale scarno e forse tropo tecnico in alcuni casi, quando il pannello frontale dice già tutto grazie alla sua generosa manopola centrale il suo bel display laterale e i pulsanti per le varie opzioni.Infatti se si scegli un lavaggio o l'asciugatura basta premere su opzioni per modificare il lavaggio in temperatura a scelta o la durata dell'asciugatura molto comodo.Unico NEO è proprio l'asciugatura che pur avendo la lavasciuga un cestello da ben 10 kg può asciugare solo 6 kg di roba e dalle mie esperienze solo in modalità 3 h.Normalmente a causa del lavoro la imposto a lavaggi brevi di 15 min per poi asciugare la roba 1.30 h e devo dire che la roba esce soffice, profumata e mai sgualcita!!!L'unica accortezza è quella di ripulire la gomma dell'oblo dove si depositano fibre, basta farlo con un panno umido.Ho tardato nella recensione perchè volevo testarla per bene e in questo periodo di pioggia e freddo è bellissimo lavarsi il plaid toglierlo dall'asciugatrice e metterselo sopra bello caldo e profumato! per gustarsi un film.La consiglio vivamente è una lavasciuga davvero bella grande esteticamente piacevole e fa con cura quanto detto!

This machine is absolutely beautiful, but the dry function doesn’t fully dry out tho, very minimal noise and different wash function. Plus it’s beautiful also
