Great product for 1meter sailboats. 3.5 turns is just perfect for 10-15" of travel for sail movement. I ordered two but one would continue to search for end points. Sent it back and got a refund. I will order two more to have just in case, but will test each for proper operation before I save to my spare parts box. Keep in mind that a winch drive needs special set-up conditions to operate properly. You can find some options on the Internet. I use a three level thin plywood pancake with three standoffs at each corner that surrounds the drum in case the line comes off the drum. If the line screws up just let it out all the way and wind it back in.
