Currently communicating with the seller. Because this bike is not even 1 year old and already is showing weird moments where all of a sudden the power cuts off and does not turn back on for some hours.This bike is always held inside, protected from rain and such. Kept clean, charged properly, ridden by a person 63 kg in weight. The battery indicated 50 / 75% full but it suddenly turns off in the middel of the ride. I am very wondering what the seller will do because he/she does not read our messages correctly and says the the battery decreases over time. Yes we understand that. But that would mean short radius not just turn off in rides of 8km, and is very inconsistent in its behavior. Normal radius would be around 45KM we can not even finish rides of 8KM now.

Después de varios meses de uso y tras poseer varias bicicletas eléctricas, BH, Cube...etc. (lógicamente son otra historia) creo que estoy en condiciones de dar una opinión Fiable.En primer lugar decir que no he tenido ningún tipo de contacto con el vendedor, ni lo he necesitado, con lo cual del soporte postventa no puedo hablar, ni me lo ha ofrecido, así que esta opinión es de un cliente que compró y pago la bicicleta sin más.Envío, transporte y montaje:Como siempre con Amazon, todo perfecto. En cuanto al montaje, sencillo del todo. Aún así, que no hay pérdida, hay un vídeo en la web del fabricante que lo explica todo. En unos 10 minutos como mucho la tienes montada y funcionando.Uso pros y contras:La bicicleta fue un regalo para mi esposa, que no le apetecía ni en broma lo de andar en bici. Pues bien, tras estos meses, es una fan confesa. Como cualquier eléctrica te evita el sufrimiento de cuestas, distancias largas...etc. y eso es algo totalmente nuevo. En definitiva, te quita lo menos bueno de andar en bici y disfrutas de lo mejor. Eso si, si quieres, puedes dar pedal sin motor y así te cansas lo que quieras.La bici tras estos meses sigue funcionando como el primer día, ni un pinchazo siquiera.Por ponerle algún pero, tres cosillas:La primera, la batería: da lo que promete, pero después de acostumbrarse a su uso se hacen cortos los aproximadamente 50 Km de autonomía (mi mujer pesa unos 60 Kg y en terrenos con alguna subida y bajada) Acostumbrado a bicis mayores, con mayor autonomía, pues eso, se hace corto. Pero salvo que decidas subir el Angliru o que vayas de paseo total dando media pedalada y dejándote llevar, supera sin más los 40 Km de autonomía.Lo peor, de la bici, la suspensión de la horquilla delantera. Es de juguete, al menor bache notas como llega al final de su recorrido y hace un ruido seco.Ya por poner y por último, la luz trasera va a pilas y podrían haberle sacado un cable que hubiese sido mejor.Como resumen, nosotros estamos muy satisfechos con la bicicleta, ligera, la suspensión central va muy bien, autonomía razonable y precio...creemos que es una buena opción de compra.Ya termino, como veis, está es una review de andar por casa. No pretendía hacer nada profesional (tampoco tengo capacidad para ello) y tan solo quería aportar un poco de luz, bajo mi experiencia personal, tal como me gusta leer cuando voy a comprar un articulo.Espero que a alguno os sirva.Nos vemos por los caminos!

The chain snapped at 150km mark. Very basic cheap chain. Probably because i had to pedal hard after running out of battery. If it had a proper chain, it wouldn't have snapped.Battery gets depleted fast on using throttle mode. Use pedals mostly to increase range but not on higher power. Front light uses too much power from the battery. Dont turn it on.After unpacking, had to reallign the both disk brakes and tighten all bolts and nuts. They were kind of loose.The computer screen was old and full of scratches but no issue at working

Very good product. Good ride condition and comfortable. Safety bicycle. This bicycle battery fastly low. One charge for Maximum Range 15km. Battery is not satisfied but very good good comfortable bicycle. Recommended.

J’adore ce vélo ! Très pratique, pliage facile.Je l’utilise comme moyen de transport pour aller au travail et pour faire quelques petites balade, l’autonomie en vitesse 5 est pas mal environs 30 / 35kmLes points noir du vélo sont pour moi, le poid ce qui le rend pas très pratique à porter une fois plié, l’absence de poignée pour le porter une fois plié, la béquille me semble trop petite vu le poids du vélo, du coup selon la positons du vélo, elle ne supporte pas le poid et le vélo peut tomber.

Das Fahrrad ist zwar solide gebaut, aber bei einem Elektroklapprad ohne Gangschaltung wird ein vernünftiger Akku benötigt und dies ist leider hier die Schwachstelle. Bei Stufe 2 hatte ich gerade mal eine Reichweite von 25 km. Es war zwar relativ kalt aber wenn eine Angabe von 35 bis 80 km gegeben wird, sind diese 25 km einfach zu wenig.
