Got this around december 2023. Ideal bike to just take with me in the bus and train. Barely have any effort cycling on it as well. Only thing is that the battery lasts about 13km max on the max speed setting. So that would be the only issue I really have, plus the fact that it suddenly goes 32km/h, which is something I'm currently resolving with them. Either way the customer service is great, they're never difficult about spare parts and reply quickly. Would recommend the bike but just beware that the range isn't exactly as described, though that's the case with most e-bikes anyway.

So it feels like it weighs a tonne, and ok top of it, there’s a fault and the brakes are on constantly. Struggled to set it up and now I need to return it as absolutely unsuitable. Battery lasted 20 minutes for about 5 km ?!? And now it’s up to me to sort out the return and pay for it on top of it?!?!!!!

The seller mentioned that the battery lasts between 35 to 70KM.This is a lie, the battery only lasts around 12KM. (I am using it in optimal conditions, flat regions, and the lower speed)Then when I contacted the seller about this problem, their solution was "to buy a new battery from them" which cost around 200-300 Euros.On top of that, the bike has also problems with the breaks, and the LCD screen is also broken already.If you do not want to waste you money, do not buy this bike.

Dagelijks een update dat het weer langer gaat duren voordat ze de fiets kunnen leveren. Vervelend!

I received the bike with many problems... the most important one is that the front wheel cannot be inflated. Also the direction bars are not secured. the seller is refusing to refund me and want to pay the expedition charge on my own.

Bike arrived fast in a few days and was undamaged packaged well. Easy assembly. Bike easy and effortless toride and went 15.5mph uphill. My 70 year old friend loved trying it out and was riding straight away having not been on a bike for 20 years and couldn't keep off it. The bike is very well built and strong and can be used to reach places over country parks a car cannot go. Fits easy in a small car boot. Battery has good range. The seller kindly gave me a free working Hitway throttle when I discovered universal throttles do not work. My thanks to Wheels In Motion for good seller communication and help.

Ottima soluzione per evitare il traffico, evitare di spendere soldi in benzina e quando ci si stufa di pedalare basta farsi dare una spinta.Venditore puntuale e preciso, la bici arrivata in condizioni perfette.Imballaggio a DOC.Peccato che il corriere GLS è risultato essere totalmente inefficiente dato che dopo 7 giorni che la spedizione era ferma in deposito, sono andato a recuperarla io.Per la bici 5 stelle

What can I say,…. I love this little bike, it’s so much fun.ASSEMBLY- I’ve seen a few posts saying the instructions are hard to read to assemble but I think it’s pretty straight forward without instructions to put together.WEIGHT- yes it is a little heavy but this is a cheap e-bike, if you want a light one pay the price for a light frame, I can still easily pick it up and put it in my car boot with ease and that’s the only reason I found to pick it up.DESIGN- Great little design, it’s a city bike so not designed for long treks, the seat can become a little uncomfortable but again it’s not built for comfort but for ease.The handle bars and seat have a long shaft allowing to adjust for many different heights.Wheels are quite small which can make it difficult when trying to inflate the tyres but not impossible.BATTERY- I’ve now done 22miles on this, I’ve only done short journeys and charged it once (after it’s initial charge).The battery charges pretty quickly and is easily removable from the frame with the quick release seat.PEDDLE ASSIST- This is where the fun kicks in, it has 3 settings on peddle assist so when you start to peddle the motor kicks in..Setting 1 - 10mphSetting 2 - 12mphSetting 3 - 15mphSetting 3 I found too fast in an urban environment especially when I big fat fly smacks you in the face but the other 2 setting are very comfortable make the journey a bit easier.It handles the load well on small inclines but struggles on anything steep which is to be expected.FEATURES- The bike has key start which is also the real ease key for the battery,Front and rear lights which are quite powerful.Wheel reflectors for safety,The bike also comes with a lock which is handy.My only niggle with this bike is the rear brake disk wasn’t aligned properly causing braking issues but once we realigned it it’s been fine that’s my only reason for the 4* and not 5 as this could be a safety issue.

No es nada recomendable .Aconsejo no comprar nada .El vendedor engaña . Y Amazon horrible tambien. No se responsabilizan de nada .NO COMPREIS NADA . A mi me han estafado 120 euros porque hice caso a los de Amazon. Que me han engañado y mentido y por eso entre vendedor y Amazon he perdido el dinero.
