This arrived quickly and in good packaging I got it to replace my electric scooter.It was very easy to assemble with clear instructions and all the tools needed. This bike felt really sturdy and is quick of the mark with a good battery life. I found it a bit difficult to fold though but maybe it would get easier with time.Please be aware that the tires need to be inflated before you ride!I really did like this bike but unfortunately I encountered very aggressive road users who clearly have issues with cyclists. In the end i didn’t feel safe riding on roads, I had a few altercations in the 10 days of being a cyclist which I had never had in the whole year I have had my electric scooter so I sent back the bike and return to my scooter. I have not had any issues with drivers since so even though the electric bike felt safer to be on then the scooter, in terms of day to day being on the road I get more respect from drivers when I’m on my scooter. So for me personally the best option was to stick with the scooter.This however is no reflection on the bike itself and the customer service was excellent! I ask to return the bike and they excepted straight away no questions asked. I couldn’t carry the bike to the post office to return it so they offered to have it picked up from my house and just took the fee from my refund! This was perfect for me. I received the full refund minus the pick up fee within 2weeks. Absolutely fantastic.Would defo recommend this bike and this company for their excellent customer service.

Bellissima, mi serviva per andare al lavoro e ogni tanto un giro così a vuoto, la batteria dura moltissimo, ho già fatto 32 km (spesso a 25km/h) e ha ancora quasi metà, forse ne prenderemo un altra perché piace molto anche al mio compagno. Grazie mille e una figata

Alleine der Spaß, den dieses kleine E-Mofa macht, ist schon fünf Sterne wert...dabei macht der Rahmen einen sehr stabilen Eindruck, was sich nicht nur aufdie Fahreigenschaft auswirkt, sondern auch (trotz meiner fast 100kg und bei bis zu 35km/h) ein Gefühl von Sicherheit vermittelt, selbst bei den kleinenRädern. Denn auch die Bremsen lassen sich gut dosieren und können griffig sein.

Velo bien reçu dans un carton en bon état par contre le réflecteur avant est cassé. J aimerai savoir si c est normal que l image de la batterie soit vide alors que le velo est chargé sinon il fonctionne très bien à voir dans le temps

We wanted some bikes we could put in the boot of the car. These are light enough for me to lift as I am nearly 70. They fold well and are easy to ride. The motor is surprisingly powerful as my wife found out when she did an accidental wheelie. Whatever delivery date you are given be prepared because they came very early. I find the single gear not so good as you find when you increase the power settings you are making no effort at all. My wife is very happy with no gears as they would only confuse her and she only uses the 1st setting anyway. Both bikes had a broken reflector when they arrived and having read other reviews it seems a common fault however it is such a small thing and doesn't affect the bike. All in all a nice bike at a reasonable price. Both bikes fit easily into the boot of my citroen cactus a small 5 door hatchback.
