I just installed this on my 2017 Sprinter. It was very easy. One pitfall: There were two green wires on a harness for the steering wheel controls that I forgot to connect and it wouldn't power on. I connected these and it solved the issue. Like the previous reviewer said, if you want to keep your stock USB port order "PAC USBMB1 USB Retention Cable for Select 2014-16 Mercedes & European Vehicles" and if you want to keep your backup camera order "RCA Male to Fakra Z Neutral Male Extention" I got mine on eBay. This headunit comes with a GPS antenna that I slid under that dash storage box and it seems to have no trouble seeing the satellites. The antenna wire had what I assumed to be a ground, so I connected it to a stud that Mercedes had on the drivers side behind the radio. The display is nice and big, and the capacitive touch screen is great. I downloaded Spotify on the headhunt and and play music from my iPhone via that app. Very Cool! The only bummer is that the bluetooth is a little glitchy. It takes a few tries to switch between mine and my wife's phone. And when playing Spotify music I have to hit pause and play again to get the song I pick to start playing. I also installed Rockford Fosgate R1675X2 speakers in the front using Hein's adapters from eBay, and R165X3 speakers in the mid panels using some plywood rings I cutout with my jigsaw. Also, I unplugged the center dash speaker, since it's only purpose is for better phone call voice clarity and it makes music sound awful. The sound system sounds pretty descent now. One thing I'm kind of concerned about is how hot the back of this headhunt gets. The aluminum heat sink gets too hot to touch. Hopefully this doesn't impact long term durability. But for this price I'll just order a new one if this one cooks itself in a year. I paid the extra 7 bucks for expedited shipping. It came direct from China via DHL in about 2 weeks. Prime shipping wasn't an option. I highly recommend this over the stock Audio 15 unit, and I think it looks way cleaner than any other generic fit aftermarket unit. Finally, I highly recommend the more expensive version (RAM 4G ROM 64G). I ordered both to compare, and the one with more memory has a 15A fuse, the cheaper one only has 10A. This tells me the amp in the more expensive one has more output. Also the heatsink on the more expensive one is much bigger.

Wenn man den Einbau ersteinmal geschafft hat, muss man irgendwie versuchen durch die komplizierte Bedienung des Geräts durchzusteigen. Wenn das gelang nutzt man Zlink um das eigene Telefon (CarPlay) zu nutzen. Zunächst ging es relativ gut, wurde aber immer störrischer. Jetzt läuft da gar nichts mehr. KEINE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG!

This is my 3rd Android based head unit for my 2016 Sprinter. I stepped away from the major manufactures (Pioneer) long ago. They are no longer competitive on price or value. This particular radio is a continued improvement on android devices in both speed and functionality. You never really know what you're getting with these chinese radios until you open the box. Everything worked in my case but my steering wheel controls and access to the system files. Finally figured out that 8888 is the code to get into the sub menus to make changes. Steering wheel controls are not supported for my vehicle straight out of the box and never got a response from customer service at hitour_us@163.com. Disappointing. Ended up buying an AXXESS ASWC-1 steering wheel control adapter. Installing today but expect it will work.... Bottom line, great radio and non-existent support, so you'd better be proficient at installs before attempting a DIY.
