It does what it says, and you get what you pay for. Frankly I was mostly worried about the adhesive, but that holds very well, especially if you prepare the tile in advance. The mechanism does get loose with movement though, so I pop the plastic circle off the side and keep a Phillips head screwdriver in the bathroom to tighten it every now and then. But considering how cheap it is, it does a good job.
