I bought this mainly for dispensing my home brew but while waiting for that to be ready I couldn't resist getting a keg from the supermarket to try it out. After a brief and worrying start (see below) I'm very impressed. It cooled a keg down to 8 degrees from room temperature in about 2 hours. It takes longer to cool further than that but I'm quite happy with 8 degrees at that speed. You get 3 gas bulbs in the package and I'd expect them each to dispense up to 2 kegs. There are also various bungs and connectors for different keg systems and spare seals etc. I'm very impressed with the comprehensiveness of the supplied parts. The gas control works well and it pours a good, cold pint. The problem with a mini keg is that once you've started using it you have to finish it within 3 days and even then by day 3 you've got a flat pint. Gas systems like this solve both problems and having built-in cooling sets it apart from cheaper taps like the party star deluxe. Very happy.Now for the difficult start:There's one very important bit of information missing in the set up instructions, at least for impatient people like me who just get stuck in. The part that pushes into the keg is assembled and connected inside the machine when it arrives and you have to remove it to pull out the cardboard packing and to insert the tube into a keg. It doesn't tell you how to disconnect it and, rather than taking time to see that the tubes have push connectors that you can simply unclip, I decided to unscrew two parts that I shouldn't have. Then I didn't notice that the parts have arrows indicating the flow of gas from the gas cylinder and I reassembled it the wrong way round. The screwed parts have different threads so it leaked and didn't dispense when fully hooked up. In retrospect I could have damaged the unit by trying to force gas through it the wrong way round. I thought I was going to have to send it back. Luckily I noticed what I'd done wrong and got it working properly without wasting the keg I'd opened.So, just a word of warning if you buy one. There are white buttons on each of the tubes that connect to the dip tube assembly, just push them and pull the tubes apart. They even say 'press' on them but in my haste to set it up I didn't see that. If you do this you don't have to worry about getting the assembly the right way round as there is only one way you can reassemble it. If you've already unscrewed the plastic connectors like I did make sure you put them back the right way round, carefully positioning the spring-loaded valves, with the arrows matching the arrow on top of the dip tube assembly. They should screw in fully, if you get them the wrong way round they only screw in half way.

Instruktionerna är dåliga. Maskinen ger ingen kolsyra till ölen även om allt är installerat enligt manualen och den låter extremt mycket även när den inte används

Es muy fácil de usar, y viene con los accesorios necesarios para poder utilizar cualquier barril de 5 litros, incluso los de Heineken que ya vienen presurizados. Permite un control total de la temperatura y es muy fácil de limpiar. Las únicas pegas que le podría sacar son que hace un poco más de ruido del que me esperaba, y que para ciertos barriles, podría haber venido además con alguna herramienta para facilitar su apertura, ya que se hace un poco tedioso
