works very well, exactly as expected. Using a constant 5W LED light, first artemia hatched after 24 hours; interestingly for 5-6 days in a row I got a large amount of artemia every day (I expected that it would only work for 3 days). You only need a low-power air pump (don't use a powerful one as you might not be able to regulate it sufficiently down). It is not required to have air constantly. Used the artemia/salt mix from the same manufacturer.In contrast to other people's experience, it is absolutely no problem to get the artemia out without the egg shells (you need to shine a point light source at about half the height, switch off the air and wait for the water movements to have settled), even after a very large amount of artemia have hatched (meaning a lot of egg shells). No need to remove the egg shells.Shape of the container is well designed.Works for sure better than the non-oxigenated artemia hatchery dishes, as you will hatch a larger quantity over time as the water doesn't get bad, and is not much more expensive.clearly recommended
