Il fait la job en masse et j'adore sa polyvalente. Par contre après quelques utilisations le bord en silicone commence à fendre un peu, mais je suis capable de l'utiliser quand même sans problèmes.

Ho acquistato questo batticarne in acciaio inox per rendere più morbide le bistecche e devo dire che fa egregiamente il suo lavoro. La struttura è solida e robusta, con un'impugnatura ergonomica che lo rende facile da maneggiare senza affaticare troppo la mano.È efficace su vari tipi di carne, dal pollo al maiale, ed è particolarmente utile per le preparazioni alla griglia o al barbecue, permettendo alla marinatura di penetrare meglio. Inoltre, la pulizia è semplice, basta sciacquarlo sotto l'acqua o metterlo in lavastoviglie.L'unico motivo per cui non do 5 stelle è che avrei preferito un peso leggermente maggiore per ottenere un effetto ancora più deciso senza dover applicare troppa pressione. Tuttavia, per chi cerca un batticarne pratico e funzionale, è sicuramente un ottimo acquisto!🔹 Pro: Robusto, facile da usare e pulire, efficace su diversi tipi di carne🔹 Contro: Un po’ leggero per chi preferisce una pressione più incisivaLo consiglio per chi vuole migliorare la tenerezza della carne senza fatica! 🍖🔥

Attendrisseur de viandes, avec dew lames d'aiguilles.Elles sont 100% en Acier Inoxydable, ce qui permet d'attendrirla viande sans la déchiqueter ou la déchirer.Ces.lames aiguilles permettent une perforation total de la fibre, des nerfs ,pour meilleur pénétration de la marinade dans la viande, réduire le temps et réduire le temps de cuisson.J'ai réalisé des cordons bleu de dinde et donc attendrit la viande, ce qui ma permis de mieux l'étaler pour ensuite mettre la tranche de dinde dedans, ainsi que le fromage.Le résultat était parfait et la cuisson aussi.

El producto llega en una caja de cartón, es bastante grande y robusto. Las cuchillas están bien afiladas y el funcionamiento es muy sencillo.Por fin tuve la oportunidad de probarlo y ciertamente es una gran ayuda sobre todo con carnes duras y fibrosas, se consigue una textura mucho más suave. Y en carnes marinadas los sabores penetran mucho más.El aparato cumple su función, tienen buena construcción y se ve de calidad. Ahora que lo tengo, ya no faltará nunca más algo así en mi cocina.Calificación: 5/5

I have a “wants” list” a mile long. Many of the items I find myself wanting however only enter my mind when I’m in need of said item. The rest of the time itbb B is like the saying “out of sight out of mind”.A meat tenderizer is among y to he many wants I had .When I saw this tenderizer I decided to go ahead and order it. I had never used one before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m glad I went ahead and ordered this one.My husband did all the cooking in our home for the last 20 years or more. Since he passed away I’ve had to relearn how to cook. I did it in the early h to ears of our marriage but I was never very good at it. I had a tendency to overcook meat most of the time and I didn’t know back then that certain cuts of meat were tougher than others. I was young and I was never taught these things. Thanks to social media I’ve learned a lot in the last year. I’m happy to say my cooking has greatly improved.Even though I almost always buy good quality meats like Ribeye steaks for example. No matter how good a cut of meat is however doesn’t matter. I’m sure most cooks have bought meat expecting it to be juicy and tender have been dissapointed on occasion. Sometimes it is just a tough piece of meat.I had Ribeye steaks the night before last. It was my first opportunity to try this tenderizer out. I think it came out wonderful. It was very tender. I also used a marinade. Priir to this experience ai had tried seasonings that act as a tenderizer. It has been a long time since I tried any of them, though. I think that the meat tenderizer definitely did more for my meat. I had cooked a steak a couple days before the one I used the tenderizer on. I bought the two steaks together and while I know that doesn’t guarantee it came from the same cow. I thought there might be a higher chance. I’m glad that I cook the other one first because it’s next to it that I really believe that this meat tenderizer made a difference. The first steak had a much chewier texture than the one on which I used a marinade and the meat tenderizer. I also felt that the flavor was enhanced because thanks to the meat tenderizer. It allowed the juices from the marinade reach more of the steak.I thought this was a sturdy little kitchen tool. It seemed fairly heavy duty and I’m quite pleased that it is among my cooking tools. I would highly recommend this product:
