Ik heb al maanden last van nek en schouderklachten die met name in de nacht ontstaan. Ondanks een tempur kussen. Wanhoop nabij heb ik dit kussen besteld. De eerste nacht hoorde ik alles knakken in mijn nek in tussen mijn schouderbladen maar had ik de volgende ochtend geen pijn. De nachten daarna sliep ik diep en werd heerlijk wakker...geen pijn tussen mijn schouders, geen pijn in de nek en geen hoofdpijn meer. Ik heb nu zelfs het idee dat mijn houding overdag beter aan het worden is. Top kussen!

I purchased this pillow just before my second cervical spine surgery. I wish I had it before my first in 2020. A lot of pillow descriptions claim they help this way and that way, but this pillow actually worked for me. My issue was a ruptured disc, both times. The nerve was being pinched and causing numbness and pain in my left arm. I would wake up where my head would get twisted in the night while I slept and either be in excruciating pain or not able to feel my whole arm. This pillow really helps hold your head in place and keeps your neck vertebrae aligned. It’s not a cure-all, but it really helped with my pain before surgery. Then after surgery, while I healed, it was again wonderful because it kept my head and neck aligned like they should be, even in a neck brace. You can lay on your back or sides with this pillow. I even laid on my stomach some when I got tired of other positions.My second surgery was 4 months ago now, and I still like to use this pillow, even though I can use a regular pillow again. It really is comfortable.

Apenas la tengo usando una semana y es increíble los resultados que he visto. Era muy común que sufriera de pequeñas contracturas en los hombros, en la espalda o en el cuello, práctiamente todos los días amanecía con pequeñas molestias al despertar. Desde que comencé a utilizar esta almohada se me han ido todas esas pequeñas molestias además de que me ha ayudado a dormir mejor. Los materiales de sienten de muy buena calidad. El primer día de uso sentía un poco rara la nuca y me desperté varias veces, no la pude usar toda la noche y use las últimas dos horas de sueño mi anterior almohada. Pero a partir de la segunda noche mi cuerpo se adaptó totalmente a ella. No hubo ningún problema con el envío.
