My dog chews his paws so these help prevent further damage. He has a slim leg so the fact that the velcro strap doesnt have any stretch is fine for him as his "ankle" holds the sock up. Grip is good on the hardwood floor. I got the L size for a staffie and as you can see they fit ok.

We got these for our Golden Retriever, she's a medium sized Retriever which smaller legs and feet and these fit just perfectly!Our dog often licks her feet for no apparent reason so thought these would be a good idea. To be honest the best thing we've found about them if the grip they provide, since having almost all laminate flooring things get a bit chaotic sometimes, like the daily 'zoomies' where things have been broken in the past due to the slippy flooring and inability to stop in time. However they may provide so much grip that zoomies may now actually occur at much higher speeds! We haven't yet use the little straps provided and the socks mostly stay in place, probably more ideal if your pet is likely to pull them off - which ours doesn't seem to bothered about wearing them at all.Currently with 42% off at £5.79 this is a great price. They seem to be made to a good quality too.Overall, highly recommend, hopefully it keeps our little couch potato's feet warm in the winter too!
