Cuando el nivel de agua empieza a bajar, no se hunde el protector, el perro lo tiene que aplastar para llegar al agua. Pero aprenden relativamente rápido.Una de mis perritas acostumbraba salpicar mientras tomaba y meter todo el hocico, lo que hacía que escurriera todo el piso cuando terminaba; y ya quedó solucionado con ese cuenco.Compraré otro para el piso de arriba.

We love our new lumoleaf water dish! Our 3yr old pup was drinking so fast with our old dish that she was making herself sick! She'd take in almost as much air as water and then be burping all day. She figured out the lumoleaf waterer in seconds and now she drinks at a safe, slow pace. No more burps! We're so happy.The dish is sturdy, doesn't move at all and our girl is close to 90lbs. Super easy to clean, all the pieces come apart very easily. Haven't had any issues with leaking thus far.Absolutely would recommend this to anyone who needs to slow their pup down. It's an amazing product and I'll definitely be buying another one when our newest addition gets through his biting stage (he's only 9 weeks, everything is a chew toy right now).

We've been using the bottle style for years and the dogs don't want to drink out of them when they get debris from their whiskers settling in the bottom of the bowl. The base takes up a lot of room in the dw and the bottle needs special attention. I have an extra base bc I tried to wash the bottle in the dw. We still have 4 that we use for our 3 small pups, but we added two of these and they're so much easier to work with. All parts have survived the dw, but not sure if that's a guarantee. Even put one outside under an eave for their convenience.

I have only had this about a week, but it already appears to have thwarted by cavoodle's fav hobby of digging and splashing in his water bowl any time it is refilled, which is exactly why I got it. He is happy to drink out of it and I am happy to not be mopping up water all the time!
