De beste kwaliteit grondstoffen, het roken boven beukenhoutvuur en traditionele rijping geven de HERZ zijn onmiskenbare premium smaak. Voor het bereiden van de Hongaarse salami worden alleen de beste ingrediënten geselecteerd. Hierdoor is de HERZ Hongaarse salami dan ook volledig vrij van allergenen.

If you're a salami lover, this salami is for you. Albeit, it isn't sliced, but thats good. First of all you can regulate how thick you want the slices to be (I'd recommend using a slicing machine for this particular salami - I'll explain later). Second, the salami lasts a lot longer (in the fridge) when it's not sliced all at once and you want to save some for later... a lot later - this salami lasts a long time, I'm talking months if stored properly. Hungarian Salami has a strong but very peasing taste, but still, I don't recommend slicing this salami in thick slices. Slice the salami in VERY thin slices, e.g. try eating an open faced sandwich with only ONE layer of thinly sliced salami - you'll see what I mean. And the good thing about it is, it lasts a long time. Don't forget to cut off the casing first, you won't enjoy eating it.I discovered this salami in Chicago, USA, back in the 70's. For years on end I couldn't find it here in the Netherlands. No grocery store or deli type shop didn't carry it. So when I saw this on Amazon, I almost dropped to my knees - thanks Amazon.
