These were bought in order to replace unwieldy parchment paper. After a couple uses, they seem to work as promised and clean up well. This item arrived tightly rolled in box that can also be used for storage. Since I've never used silicone baking mats before., time will tell if they continue to be a good choice.

Happy with these sheets, work effectivel for baking and easy to clean

This is a set of two, smart, grey silicone mats, half-sheet sized (42cm x 29.5cm).They can be used at high temperatures of up to 230 degrees C.The product page also says they can be used down to 0 degrees C, which is strange as other similar mats that I have reviewed could also be used in the freezer.They are very versatile, they can be used for cooking, baking, and chilling.I browned chicken thighs and then oven-baked them on the mats and they cooked beautifully, did not stick and the juices did not burn.Although it is true that no oil or cooking spray is required, when I am cooking ‘healthy eating’ chips I find that using a one-calorie cooking spray helps to crisp and give colour to them.The mats can either be washed in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. From previous experience, I always ensure that these types of mats are placed on the top rack only.One of the huge additional bonuses of using these mats is that they wash clean so easily, which saves having to scrub baking trays.They are easy to store, roll them up and secure with an elastic band.They are reasonably priced, good quality, and can be used time and time again and you can therefore save money on parchment paper or foil.

Die Matten sind klasse. Sehr robust, nichts bleibt kleben. Für Macarons perfekt👍.
