I love this little mask, it packs a punch! I use it at the end of my workday to relax my eyes from looking at a screen all day. It also helps when I have styes, I can use it as a wet compress. Just head up in the microwave. It says to do 15 seconds. I do that, let it rest for a few minutes, then hit it with another 15 seconds. Spray the inside with water for moist heat. Then just drift off into relaxation. I'll put on some soothing music or wave sounds. Love this thing!!
