I purchased this device to help keep me cool because the temperature in the Philippines can easily feel as though it's over 100 degrees fahrenheits. This cooling device is fairly light and does not make your neck feel claustrophobic. The one nice feature I like is the metal pass on both sides which gets.cold and help cool your carotid arteries. This helps cool the blood flowing through your body and keeps you comfortable, unfortunately it does increase battery usage significantly. I found that the cooler will work with a portable power bank plugged in, but will only work properly at 50% or less. Overall, I like this cooler for the weight, affordability, and features which are usually on the more expensive products.
