I should have not worried: the wood is smooth and safe, the item is easy to put together despite all the screws needed, and remains light enough to move without being unsteady at all. The wood has a nice fresh smell. My cat took to it immediately, and has been greatly (and safely!) enjoying her balcony summer house!

This is well made and looks very nice. Took around 3 hours to put together with 2 people. Would recommend an electric screwdriver to save your hands! All holes were pre-drilled and instructions are clear and simple to read. Cats love having some outdoor time in it and I love that they're safe and secure. Handy for when you need them from under your feet for an hour, they can watch the birds and you can get some housework done in peace! Thoroughly recommended for indoor cats to get some air and sun in a safe and spacious environment.

This cage is incredible. First of all, I put it together by myself (female, had electric screwdriver) and the assembly was definitely doable. Took 2 hours alone, but the instructions were impeccable. The cats love it and can have safe outdoor time now. Im thrilled with this item!!! I can absolutely recommend if you need a safe space for your cats to get fresh air.

It’s quite easy to build once you realise the three shelf holders aren’t the same dimensions (a critical early mistake!) but fine after that. Is it worth the price? Probably not, but it’s secure and will hopefully provide a summer outpost for my cat. It was delivered earlier than stated, well-packaged, and all the pieces were labelled which made things so much easier.
