For the price I’d say it’s perfect. The bands are super durable and high quality, the buckles are strong, and the rings themselves are easy to work with.The door attachment works just as advertised and holds well, but you won’t find much use for it except for one or two specific exercises. You cannot perform any of the exercises that require you hanging straight down from the rings, as the door itself gets in the way. Only diagonal exercises work.I’d also recommend researching more about the thickness and diameter of the rings that suits your hands more, mine are a tiny bit too thin for me.Overall I got what I expected!

I got these to do strength workouts at home. It is easy to set up and adjust. The numbers on the straps are very helpful to make sure they are both the same length. It feels very sturdy and I feel safe using the rings. I did find it a bit rough on my hands, so I would suggest getting a pair of fingerless gloves. It helps a lot with grip. I like the pfd download with exercises and I used it to make a schedule for myself. Using the rings takes some getting used to because I feel like you need a lot of control over your body, which I think is a good thing. I am looking forward to using these for a long time since you can make everything harder (or easier) by simple adjusting your position or the length of the straps. Very flexible and can be used for a lot of different exercises. I enjoy it a lot!

Het zijn hele stevige ringen met een sterke riem die de ringen goed ondersteund. Ik heb ze aan bomen gehangen waar ik prima mijn oefeningen kon verrichten.Mijn enige kritiek is dat de ringen zelf makkelijk slijten in de regen (maar dat is best voor de hand liggend, want het gaat om hout.)

Pretty decent wood quality, straps are very sturdy and secure. 93 kilo, did my excercises with it no problems. Also not to heavy, I traveled with it throughout Costa Rica. If you go to ''The Gym'' in Playas del Coco you can try them out because I sold them to that gym.

I absolutely love these. They work great. I’ve brought them with me all over the world to avoid missing a workout. I have a shoulder problem that prevents me from doing pull-ups so I use these to work my back and also for curls. Obviously they can be used for many other body parts but that’s what I primarily use them for. These are incredibly well built. The straps and lockdowns are very strong and reliable. The rings are smooth and solid. The door block works great as well. I haven’t come across a door they wouldn’t work on and I’ve tried a lot. But it certainly needs to be a strong door with a good structural jamb. I’ve also removed the door block and used just the straps over joists. That also works great. The straps are very long so you can reach high places. If I had one gripe it would be that the straps are too long and get unwieldy at times. But they can always be cut shorter. I highly recommend these for functionality and durability, especially for the very affordable price. Well worth the money. Actually quite a steal. Way better than I expected.

A perfect accessory to your home gym, good quality

These Gymnastic Rings are spot on for my training. The rings are the perfect size and thickness and the functional buckles and thick webbing straps are strong and easy to use.I've read some comments about rough wood; these were smooth as far as I'm concerned. The edges of the ply look slight rough but you don't even feel it when actually using them. Besides, it's plywood, that's how it is and a quick rub with something abrasive (any fine sandpaper or similar) would sort it out in moments.They are great value for money, even better if you pick up a warehouse deal on them like I did.
