I have always used tray 3 so I would not have to reload paper types.The tray 3 I had for several years would not pull correctly anymore.Since my printer was having some other minor problems I assumed I would have to purchase another printer.To save money I decided to just replace tray 3 and it worked!Thankful to save hundreds of dollars on a new printer.

This is an excellent addition to your HP printer. Really makes a difference to high volume printing. Well made and constructed. Sourced from Germany as all the UK based adverts were nothing like their advertisement.

I was very happy to find this when my 7-year old printer's paper tray broke and I was facing having to get a new printer. Shipping was very fast and in the original HP box and brand new. So this was perfect!

Beware part numbers. I purchased this after reading reviews, for my Pagewide Pro 477dw. It didnt work. After screwing around for an hour with tech support they told me what I really needed was a different model D3Q24-67066. Interstingly, there is also a 4th paper tray available!
