This is quite literally the worst thing I have ever bought. It took THREE WEEKs to set up as it simply refused to connect despite hours and hours of attempts each day. I tried contacting HP support who sent me videos of how to insert an ink cartridge after me sending multiple paragraphs explaining the exact issue as being connectivity. I sent them videos, screenshots and everything so that they would understand clearly. After 3 days of sending me useless irrelevant videos they told me to call the hotline. I was passed onto multiple people who basically said "I don't know just keep trying". Its literally the worst. I needed this for the nature of my work and it has caused such a great deal of unnecessary stress and frustration. It connected once and I printed materials off but every time I try to connect again the same thing happens and it simply will not connect or print. I HATE it. And don't get me started on how it prints a printer information page every single time it turns on - total scam. DO NOT BUY

A printer has one job. To print. You have to set it up with Accounts, Creditcard data and the Instant Ink is just horrible. If my plan doesn't cover the pages it will just stop printing. Scanning is almost impossible to figure out and the Apps and software are buggy. If you need a printer, find a different model, and stay away from HP.

The printer is really bad. I have to configure almost eveytime when I use it. Always goes off-line or cannot connect to the WIFI. Printing speed is Okay, but the scanning speed is extremely slow.

An sich ein schönes Gerät. Die Ausfrucke sind sauber. Der Toner ist aber zu schnell verbraucht und in der Nachanschaffung zu teuer.
