Sono spiacente ma non posso dare altre che 1 stella non è ammissibile comperare un pc e trovarlo bloccato, durante il completamento della configurazione di win11.Poi ho chiesto un aiuto per sbloccarlo, ma non mi hanno saputo dare una risposta.

This product was sold/delivered by Amazon seller OEM TRADE !The (refurbished) hardware was is excellent condition and is performing very well with Win11 Pro.The included/installed SW is something else ..- Win11 Pro installation image is pre-installed and immediately starts into configuration when system is switched on. Unfortunately the installation image is an Italian version and even when selecting other languages for configuration - there will be remaining leftovers from this. Fortunately a complete re-install of Win 11 is easily possible, as the license is attached to the system bios (no key delivered with HW !)- MS-Office is more complicated - again pre-installed version was Italian. Re-Installation was (s far) not possible. Again - no keys came with delivery. The supplier promptly did send me a new license key, but so far it was not possible to determine the correct Office version and installation method for this key.Unfortunately the supplier seems to be quite responsive and friendly but not to competent regarding MS-Office product and licensing versions and methods.

I have a computer which cannot be opened.There are passwords blocking access at 2 levels.First level is school or work password still in PC.Then another one is there tooSo this is really really stupid as for me it is a waste of time and now I have to pay for delivery to send the damn thing back!! Not happy

(après 3 mois d'utilisation)état très correct (capot légèrement renfoncé), fonctionne bien, peu bruyant et chauffe peu, il correspond aux specs indiquéesattention:- le wifi est assuré par un dongle usb inutilisable en pratique car aussi performant que de la 2G, prévoir un plus puissant ou câble ethernet- pas de licence windows 11 fournie, pour ma part le ssd n'a pas été reset et avait le windows 11 d'une entreprise- le colis m'a été livré par GLS depuis l'Italie, le suivi est assez désastreux
