Pas du tout déçu de mon achat. Qualité de l'impression au RDV. N'étant pas un pro de la mise en service, j'ai contacté le service client, et là je n'ai qu'un mot : TOP. La personne m'a expliqué précisément quoi faire et m'a aidé pour la souscription au service HP Instant Ink. Après 130 feuilles imprimées, les cartouches présentent déjà des faiblesses, du coup j'ai rappelé et là on m'a expliqué que c'était normal : les cartouches livrées avec l' imprimante sont des petites, le jour de mon inscription au service HP Instant Link un envoi automatique de 2 nouvelles cartouches XL sont parties, une fois que celles ci seront installées le système de détection du niveau d'encre sera en place et dès que le niveau de 20% restant sera atteint un nouvel envoi sera effectué.J'ai rarement voire jamais mis ce genre de commentaire mais là j'avoue je suis bluffé par le service client.

Our very old HP Envy finally died. In a brief moment of madness I decided to replace it with a Canon Pixma. This was a terrible experience. The install software wouldn't run on Windows 11 on an ARM-based laptop. Then it took hours to establish a connection to the wifi, and then the connection sporadically dropped. And the machine refused to feed one sheet of paper at a time, preferring instead to pull through between 5-10 pages!So we returned this item and once again bought an HP. We're delighted with the Envy Inspire 7220e. The software worked like a dream. Wifi setup and connectivity was totally painless and done in about 2 minutes. And since then, all our devices (mobiles, laptops, desktops) are able to print to the machine reliably and without issue.The printer is well-built, high quality, fast, quiet, and looks fantastic.

Brilliant printer, very smart solid looking, prints gorgeous colour images. Easy to use and the touchscreen is excellent. Worked straight out of the box as I used the app and it just linked itself up to the WiFi. Not noisy, holds plenty of paper and quite fast. Resolution of images is excellent. This is my fifth HP printer and the bavk up help if you have an issue is great especially when you call direct don’t use chat which is sloooooow.
