At first I was not sure if this was really the HP Sprocket Select edition as the price was too good to be true and some reviews said otherwise. Also read some issues about the photo paper not being available anymore, but searched online and found multiple websites where I could purchase the size for the Sprocket Select. And as there was the option to return it, I decided to try my luck.The package arrived within 2 days and it included everything that was shown on Amazon. This was good! The next step now was to see if it actually worked. After charging the Sprocket and downloading the app, I tried to connect to the printer. After a few tries did this not work, and the anxiety started to grow...But after restarting my phone and turning on and off the sprocket, the connection was there! I received a message that the photo paper was not inserted correctly, so I removed a few pieces as it was a bit curled up at the sides, which must have caused the issue. After removing a few pieces the error message disappeared and the orange test piece came out automatically.And then it was time for the ultimate test: the first photo! I tried some options in the app to spice up the layout, since the app is really easy and fun to use. And then I hit the print button...Andddd it WORKED!!! Then I tried a few more photos just because it is so fun to use. This purchase really made my day and I just ordered another one as a birthday gift for my sister. Best buy of 2022 for sure!Happy holidays everyone :D

Cuando la recibí la probé y la foto salió bien. La quería para llevar en los viajes y hacer un diario. Las fotos salen azules y oscuras. Intento contactar con el soporte técnico de la casa y sale un chat automático que no logro resolver el problema.

initially, I am very happy with my first experience. I will be working this weekend and using that printer extensively, but I have to say so far so good. Love the fact that you have zero ink junk to replace because the paper is what is utilized for the printing. Sort of like the old Polaroid cameras of ages ago but so much better

Sprocket Select bundle arrived earlier than promised, in perfect condition. Easy to set up with app, connecting both to my iPad and Android phone. Size and weight make it wonderfully portable, and the decent case will help protect it while traveling. Paper loads easily, with orange barcoded paper face down, which is ejected when top is returned to base. Very surprised with the quality of my first attempt at printing an unedited photo that had some contrast with faces in somewhat of a shadow. With back peeled off paper, it sticks well in my journal that will be the main use for this product. Couldn't be happier with this purchase!
