I have used it a couple times and it works well. It charges my batteries quickly. My 2.7 amp drone battery for instance is charged in what feels like 1.5hr instead of the 2.5hr announced by the drone maker. The charger seems of good quality and is neatly packaged in a small and effective box.

After taking the charger out of the box for the first time, I connected my 4S LiPo battery (Tattu 4S LiPo battery 2300mAh 14.8 V 75C) and the box instantly started producing large amounts of smoke. Do not buy this charger, it's a fire hazard!
