Il prodotto è cat16 quindi dovrebbe aggregare le bande per scaricare a 1gb massimo, come fa s8 o il mate 10 pro. Ma questo non accade probabilmente per colpa degli operatori e quelli che supportano 4.5G li ho provati tutti. Poi le antenne interne non sono performanti come quelle di altri concorrenti, sempre su test da banco, e le bande lte italiane non sono tutte coperte come per altri prodotti e questo è un altro limite, quindi nello stesso sito di test con la stessa sim va peggio su alcuni operatori rispetto ad altri hotspot in prova. La batteria non si cambia, la sim si introduce da una fessura con alte possibilità che rimanga bloccata dentro, non ha la connessione di rete rj45 che hanno altri prodotti e non supporta neanche il collegamento diretto via cavo usb al pc , in pratica si può usare solo la connessione wifi. L'alimentatore nella scatola è puro inglese quindi non si puo' usare se non in inghilterra, "e per fortuna era la versione europea". Il dispositivo si gestisce in modo grossolano dal display, usare l'app per il cellulare non permette comunque di usare tutte le funzioni, e l'unico modo per gestirlo è connettersi al suo ip tramite pc, e solo così si riesce ad accedere a tutte le funzioni, sempre molto limitate rispetto ad altri concorrenti. Per concludere comprare questo dispositivo per usarlo in italia si va a peggiorare la banda che si avrebbe con altri dispositivi che costano magari la metà senza considerare le limitazioni e l'alimentatore non utilizzabile.

This is my second Huawei mifi device. The original device is still going strong but wanted the speed and advanced features that this model offers.This model has 2.4 and 5 WiFi channels which can broadcast as separate SSIDs at the same time, it can work as a WiFi extender. It also allows a Bluetooth connection to it making it super versatile.Being very familiar with the Huawei devices I was up and running in seconds, but it's not difficult as the colour touch screen is easy to use. The Android app allows total control over the device and is the same app as for my other device.The battery life is very good and easily lasts a day of fairly intensive use.Speeds are amazing with a good 4G signal it will out perform most people's broadband.Somebody asked me why bother with one of these when you can use your phone as a hotspot?1. So much faster there isn't a phone that will beat even my much older mifi.2. Data cost, because I can shop around for a data SIM offering a good deal on a pay as you go type basis (wouldn't use a contract sim unless this was my only internet connection). This is especially valuable when travelling as you can put a local SIM in and enjoy low cost data for the country your in.3. WiFi extender, hotels, in the garden, coffee shop..........just log the device into hotspots and enjoy private boosted signal and because your devices will already recognise your mifi you dont have to log each device in.4.
