This is a high quality double insulated ribbon cable suitable for use upto 48v 1.5a / 24v 3a loads per pair of wires.You need to use scissors to separate it if you only want to use part of the ribbon.Just a shame the red and black wires weren't side by side, as this would have been great for my particular usage scenario.

Wouldn’t recommend it. It’s almost impossible to separate the wires from each other without making a mess. And it always seems like when you stripped the wire, some sort of plastic is left on the wires because every time I heat the stripped wires they become burned.
