I have this router running for several months now. I like it, its great! Its running smoothly, had one reboot for maintenance. This unit has the updated intel 2.5gbs revision and will work without issues. The customer care is amazing too. I recommend this anf for the price its a steal. A commercial home user router is more expensive and has worse performance

This device is running pfSense+ (23.01), I'm amazed about performances and how silent this device is running, being a passive cooling system it's normal the heatsink get hot.About HUSN, it's the fist time a buy something from them and I think it'll not be the last, I very happy about the shipping, around expected date in a robust package.

Purchased in 2023, it has been running without a single crash ever since. I first tested out pfSense, which worked perfectly fine. I then installed OPNsense, which is now my absolute favorite firewall.I decided to replace the SSD with a larger one and increase the RAM, which was easy and straightforward. I currently run Proxmox and OPNsense as a VM, and this is the setup I have used the longest. It just works, and I am able to max out my 250/250 fiber connection.The only problem I have encountered is that, in case of a power outage or when shutting down the device, it sometimes takes about 15 minutes to start up and doesn't react to the power button. What I found works best is to unplug the device, wait for 5-10 minutes, then plug the power cable back in and try again. The chassis also gets quite hot, but I guess it's kind of expected since it doesn't have any active fans.

PC läuft flink und leise habe Opensense drauf installiert, einfach beim Start Del taste drücken und los geht's. Habe einen 120 mm Lüfter ans USB und einfach drauf gelegt, die temp bei 35 Grad stabil. Ein RAM Riegel war kaputt, Support angeschrieben und ca. 14 Tage später haben mir einen Ersatz kostenlos zugeschickt. Falls ich irgendwann noch einen miniPC brauche, werde bei dieser Firma wieder bestellen. Hier stimmt alles. Bin kein gekaufter Käufer nur ein zufriedener Kunde

A decent 1U PC with 4 LAN Ports and a WAN Port (plus a console port) - ideal for OPNSense/PFSense.Only issue I had was there is zero useful documentation with it and I had to mess about in the EUFI/BIOS to get an OPNSense USB stick to boot to install, but once that was done its been easy to setup and configure.It did come with PFSense pre-installed to the setup screen, which may help some, but would always recommend a bare metal install.
