I like the feel of the keys, the nice mat finish that was gone on my 10-year-old Corsair keyboard. They let a lot of light through, so when I have the lights on, my keyboard really lights up when I want that effect. They fit correctly and snugly onto the keyboard, and the included tool was very helpful at getting the keys up in what felt like a controlled and safe procedure compared to prying them up with my fingers.Cons: When the keys are not lit up, the letters, numbers, and symbols are all a dull grey that is significantly harder to read than my original keys. I consider this only a mild inconvenience to myself as I touch-type and do not need to look at the keys 95% of the time. If you hunt and peck, this might bother you a lot more if you ever use the keyboard without the lights.Additional Considerations before you buy: None of the three space bars fit my Corsair K70, the nubbins on the keyboard are just slightly too far apart for the crosses on the keycaps. As this lower row has slightly different proportions, my space bar needs to be just slightly longer, the control keys slightly wider, and the windows and menu key would need to be narrower. It doesn't look too bad with the original windows keys and menu key snuggled between the new Ctrl and Alts (the new Ctrl fits as it is smaller than my originals), but the original space bar has a lot of wear on it. I had been searching for a Corsair compatible set of keys when Amazon suggested this set to me, and I really liked the look of the space bars and did not read this exact listing as carefully as I should have. I do not recommend this set if you have a Corsair K70. My K70 was purchased sometime in 2014, if that matters. I'm going to keep the set as I really just wanted the matte texture back, and that has been achieved.

Pretty good overall

I recently changed my keyboard to the HyperX Pudding Keycaps 2 and am very impressed with the quality up until now. The fact that it has used PBT material while constructing the keycaps is no doubt what amazes most. Unlike ABS plastic keycaps that really get slippery as time goes by, these PBT plastic keycaps will not lose their grip as time goes by and hence yield really good tactile feedback. It certainly would contribute to comfort and a better typing experience, as well as precision in extended sessions of typing or gaming.Apart from the feel, the HyperX Pudding Keycaps 2 that are uniquely and strikingly designed on the spacebars add just that touch. Of course, these designs add to an aesthetic-making of the keyboard in such a cool, yet subtle manner. You can keep it clean and simple or make the keycaps a bit vibrational; it’s your choice.But the real treat of this is the dual-layer pudding design for RGB lighting that amazingly shines through it. The bottom half is see-through, which diffuses the light to make the keyboard bright and immersive.In all, the HyperX Pudding Keycaps 2 are a great pick: solid, grippy PBT construction meets some very sweet-looking spacebar designs to make this set a great upgrade in both performance and aesthetic ways.

Great to replace my standard keys on the hyper X alloy origins. Overall an amazing purchase. Makes the keyboard stand out a lot more!
