This case suits my teenage daughter's 13 inch school laptop, and the inner padding is great with a plush feel. She loves the grass green colour. The outer pocket is large enough for an iPad, phone, mouse and other accessories. The overall quality is fine, but the one thing I feel could be improved are the positions of the zippers and where they start and end. The main double zipper for the laptop goes right across the base so if you're not careful, you could pick up the case by the handle and your laptop would slide straight out the bottom. The outer pocket single zipper only extends around the top half of the pocket, so to get anything out, you're constantly bending the pocket halfway down (see photos) which creates an ugly crease in the fabric. We've only had this for a few days and a crease is already forming across it.
