Bien mais les dimensions étaient fausses. J'ai été obligé de le faire couper à cause des dimensions données qui étaient fausses car il ne rentrait pas dans mon petit four de 31 cm

Felice di aver trovato finalmente uno stampo in acciaio inox quindi senza rivestimento che si rovina nel tempo. Perfetto per cuocere il pane.

I wanted an end to flat bottomed baguettes. As a daily bread maker I appreciate the best of tools and ingredients. This one is great, Easy clean. No non stick lining that peels, just easy clean stainless steel that works in a good old fashioned way. If the dough is made and treated correctly and baked at a high temperature the loaves will not stick anyway.I am really happy with this and expect a long and happy working life.

Très difficile à démouler même après avoir graissé. Il faut mettre du papier cuisson. Je regrette cet achat peu pratique.
