Update: I posted this review and right away received a message from the seller looking to help resolve the issue. Would not hesitate to buy these footstools and thus changing my review to 5 stars.I bought two about two months ago and some of the screws to one of the legs are just falling out. (4 of 5 screws in one of the 4 legs) The other one is fine. They are also not as soft as I thought they'd be but I still like them.
