I was so skeptical when I saw this but being a person who has never been good at cracking eggs, I had to give it a try. To my surprise, it actually works really well! Most of the time, it lifts the top of the egg off leaving a perfect edge and I have yet to see any pieces shell fall into the bowl. It has become one of my favourite kitchen gadgets.
