Goede keus voor een kleine prijs, en handig in gebruik als je een plaats vrij hebt in je PC, erg gemakkelijk in te bouwen en aan te sluiten werkt perfect, zeer aan te bevelen.

Werd helaas per DHL verzonden, dus altijd problemen.Mooi product, ziet er goed uit.

Ein sehr hochwertiger Einschub, der bei mir grundsätzlich in jedem Rechner verbaut wird (z.B. um alte Notebookplatten für temporäre Speicherungen zu nutzen, Festplatten zu testen / wipen usw. usf.). Dem Rahmen liegen zwei SATA-Stromadapter in Richtung Molex-Stecker bei.Eine kleine Sache stört allerdings doch. Es wäre schön, wenn der S-ATA Anschluss eine komplette Buchse wäre, so dass die Stecker dort einrasten. Im Zweifelsfall fixiert man die halt mit einem Tropfen Heißkleber.Tipp: Die entsprechenden S-ATA-Anschlüsse sollte man im BIOS auf Hot-Swap umstellen. Dann können die Laufwerke problemlos im laufenden Betrieb gewechselt werden.

Très pratique pour utiliser des disques 2,5 pouces comme des supports amovibles mais sans boitier.J'en ai maintenant 4 depuis plusieurs années et ils fonctionnent toujours très bien.

War zuerst etwas skeptisch, weil der WR nur 45,- Euro kostet.Aber es funktioniert alles sehr gut.Die Platten werden sofort erkannt, und das Gehäuse ist stabil.Der gefederte Auswurf funktioniert einwandfrei !Nun kann ich endlich FP klonen, ohne jedes mal den PC zu zerlegen.Es lagen auch alle relevanten Kabel und Schrauben bei.Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

I bought this item after upgrading to a bigger SSD. Mainly because I can now use the old one as a backup device.I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality of this item (I also have a 3.5 inch removable drive bay which is much poorer in build quality) - this seems to be a very sturdy unit - and came well packaged with cables, mounting screws and manual.The 'ejection' of the drive is done by pressing and sliding the button - the spring mounted door then opens and as you open the door fully the drive ejects far enough to be removed by hand. I cannot comment on the durability of the door or latch as I have only just installed it - but I can always update this review if a problem occurs over time.The device was easy to fit - and looks great in my HTPC case.Included with the item is a 4 pin molex to SATA and LED power lead. If you want the HDD drive activity LED's to work you must use both of the included adaptors.This to me is the only drawback of the item so hence 4 stars in my opinion and not 5.This is mainly because it is a SATA device for holding 2.5 SATA drives. (Surely if we already have a SATA drive in our PC's it means we already have the power connector?)Anyway as I have no molex connectors in my PC - and do not want to add more cabling inside - I am using the unit without the HDD activity LED's.If it came with SATA male to SATA female + LED power then I would not have to added more cabling from the PSU - and could have had the LED's working.However I may be in the minority here - so if your PC has molex connectors you would probably rate the unit higher... Hope this helps =)Edit: Had the unit for 6 months now - with no problems at all :)I have recently upgraded my SSD - so I was going to buy a new dock to take advantage of SATA 6.0Gb/s (As this unit states it is SATA 3.0 Gb/s - which taking 8b/10b encoding into account should be 300MB/s max)To my surprise I was hitting 420MB/s Read and 415 MB/s Write. I tried connecting the SSD directly to the motherboard without the dock - and the speeds were only slightly better - so I don't really need to upgrade which is good :)
