Fits very easily with top fixture - ideal to those fitted toilets that you cannot access from the back. The old fixture will fall inside, which is not a problem.The measurement between the two holes is ~ 15cm, so be aware if you previous ideal standard is that model . If so, look no further.Easy to remove to clean!This is the second one I have bought - very happy!
