I use this as an ice bin in my freezer. I needed something that would hold a decent amount of ice but also wouldn't take up much space. I didn't like most of the "ice bins" I found, like the Rubbermaid one that didn't look like it would hold much. So, when I saw this and did a little measuring inside my freezer I was pretty excited! Now, I know this material isn't necessarily meant for freezing conditions, but so far I haven't had any issues. I've had it in there for over a month. Of course I try to be gentle with it just in case, and I don't shock it with temperature extremes (from freezer to hot water, etc). This bin will hold six standard trays of ice, which I think is great for normal day to day use (Pictured is the bin with all six trays of ice in it. You could pile more in, but six fits comfortably). I like to take my water bottle and fill it with a few handfuls of ice before I fill it with water, and I do that a few times a day, and I find that I only have to refill the ice every couple of days. So, it's big enough to hold enough ice for my use, and small enough that I can also keep those six ice trays next to it, ready to refill the bin. Plus, it just looks nice! One thing that I was pleasantly surprised about was that the grooves on the bottom of the bin make it really easy to slide forward and back on the wire shelf in the freezer (the little handle on the front helps with that as well). Almost like it was built for that purpose. We're talking ball-bearing movement here folks. Overall, I LOVE it! It works great in my freezer, and I imagine it would also be great for organizing a drawer or even inside the fridge. Definitely buy!

As a paper crafter, I bought this to store small craft items in. Holds a lot and is very sturdy. I have 2 side by side on my IKEA Kallax shelf. Exactly what I wanted and perfect size for my needs.

I have bought quite a few of these in the medium size for craft storage solutions as well as handy for other kitchen goodies too. I have also some with flat ink pads stored in one of them.They are are tougher than they appear in the photographs and also stronger than other similar item that are meant to be for the fridge. You could store cans in them as they are just the right size. The actual dimensions are :- Length 15 cm by Width 29 cm by Height 9 cm (for the medium) but there are 4 different sizes in this one listing.They do not stack on top of one another and there is no lid but the front part is tilted downwards and can hook inside a rack.I will buy more of these as they are also great for storing eggs. I like the fact you can see what is stored in them and I keep my cats food sachets in one of them. Packets of soup also fit perfectly into them too.
